TINDORA STUFFED MASALA FRY

Ingredients used in TINDORA STUFFED MASALA FRY
• Tindora - 15 numbers.
• Peanuts - 1 tablespoon.
• Dry coconut - 1 tea spoon.
• Corriander seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Lemon juice - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Mustard seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 4 springs.
• Green chillies - 4 numbers.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Onions (finely chopped) - 1 numbers.
• Coriander leaves - 2 bunch.
Method:
  • Take a pan add peanuts and dry coconut, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, sesame seedsand dry roast it.
  • Then transfer to a plate and let it cool down. Later,make it into a fine powder.
  • In a plate, add coriander powder, red chili powder, lemon juiceand mix it well.
  • Then take the tindora and stuff the mixture as shown as video.
  • Now take the pan add oil, mustard seeds when it crackle, add curry leaves.
  • Add stuffed tindora and put on the lid and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Then add slit green chilies, ginger garlic paste, chopped onions and mix it well and put on the lid to cook.
  • In the last add chopped coriander leaves.

Now ready to serve with hot rice.
