Ingredients used in Tangy Veggies and Pasta
• Pasta - 500 grams.
• Broccoli - 250 grams.
• Cucumber - 2 numbers.
• Tomato - 3 numbers.
• Onion - 1 number.
• Zesty italian dressing - to taste.
Method:
  • You may leave the broccoli raw, or you may steam or cook, but you must chill again before chopping broccoli into bite sizes.
  • Cook pasta until tender, rinse off with cool water until pasta has a chill on it.
  • Peel the skin off the cucumbers and chop into little chunks, chop the tomatoes into small chunks as well and drain the juice from the tomatoes before mixing, You may grate or chop up one medium onion real fine.
  • In a bowl, add pasta, choppe veggies and mix all together.
  • After mixing everything together, add thesalad dressing, as per taste.

Serve.
