Ingredients used in Sweet Corn Paneer Balls
• Sweet corn - 1 cup.
• Paneer (grated) - 1 cup.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Mix herbs - 1 tea spoon.
• Green chilies (chopped) - 3 number.
• Cheese (grated) - 1/2 cup.
• All purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Pepper (crushed) - 1 tea spoon.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • Grind the sweet corn into a coarse paste, transfer this paste to theplate with grated paneer and mix well.
  • Then season the mixture with red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, mix herbs, even add chopped green chilies, salt and give it a good mix.
  • Now, also add grated cheese, mix well and shape the mixture into small balls.
  • Prepare a thin batter of all-purpose flour, salt, crushed pepper and some water.
  • Dip the prepared balls in the batter and deep fry in hot oil till they turn golden brown in color.
