Sweet corn koshambari

Ingredients used in Sweet corn koshambari
• Sweet corn - 2 cups.
• Fresh coconut (grated) - 2 teaspoons.
• Coriander leaves (finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Pomegranate - 1/2 cup.
• Oil - 2 teaspoons.
• Onions (chopped) - 2 teaspoons.
• Green chillies (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Mustard seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 2 springs.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and when they splutter, add curry leaves, chopped onions, green chilies and fry them for 2 minutes.
  • Then add sweet corn to it and saute for another 5 minutes.
  • Now add salt as per taste and remove from the stove.
  • Then add grated coconut, coriander leaves and pomegranate, mix it well.

Now our sweet corn koshambari is ready to serve.
