Ingredients used in spinach pasta
• Baby spinach - 2 cup.
• Garlic clove - 2 clove.
• Salt - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Basil - 1 tablespoons.
• Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup.
• Olive oil - 1 tablespoons.
• Pasta uncooked - 1 cup.
Method:
- boil pasta in hot water, drain and keep it aside. - boil spinach for 3 mins in 1/2 cup water add salt to this - Blend spinach along with its water in a blender with 2 cloves garlic, olive oil, fresh/ dry basil untill it becomes a smooth texture. - m
