SPICY CHICKEN FRY

Ingredients used in SPICY CHICKEN FRY
• Oil - 2 teaspoons.
• Onion - 1 number.
• Green chilies - 2 numbers.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Chicken - 350 kg.
• Red chili powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Garam masala - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Desiccated coconut - 1 tablespoon.
• Coriander leaves - 1/4 bunch.
• Water - 1/4 cup.
• Lemon - 1 number.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion, green chilies and saute it for 2 minutes.
  • Then add turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, chicken pieces to it and saute it.
  • In the same pan, add red chili powder along with half cup of water, cook it with closed lid for about 2 minutes.
  • Season it with coriander powder, garam masala, desiccated coconut and saute it. Let it cook with closed lid for about 2 minutes.
  • At last, garnish with lemon juice, chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

Now ready to serve spicy chicken fry.
