Ingredients used in ROTIMITAAI DING CHICK SWEET
• Cumin seeds - half tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Red chilli powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Garlic - 1 pod big.
Method:
  • In Ding Chick first grind the cumin seeds,followed by garlic.
  • Now add the red chilli powder ,salt and make fine paste.
  • You need not add water as the moisture in garlic is sufficient as it becomes a paste.
  • We can store in an air tight container.
  • This goes really good with hot rice in rainy season.
