Ingredients used in Rava Laddoo
• Ghee - half cup.
• Sugar - 1 & half cup.
• Rava (semolina) - 2 cups.
• Cardamom powdered - 4 number.
• Cashew nuts - 5 number.
• Raisins - 8 number.
Method:
  • Heat half of the ghee, fry the rava until light golden brown in color and off the flame.
  • Mix cardamom powder and sugar to the fried rava.
  • Put the mixture in a blender and grind into a fine powder.
  • Fry the raisins and cashew nuts in the remaining ghee and add to above-prepared rava mixture then shape it into balls.

Yummy Rava Laddu is ready to serve.
