QUINOA CRUSTED PIZZA

Ingredients used in QUINOA CRUSTED PIZZA
• Quinoa - 3/4 cup.
• Butter - 1 piece.
• All purpose flour - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Baking powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Olive oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Onions - 1 number.
• Garlic(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Green bell pepper(chopped) - 1 numbers.
• Red chili flakes - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Dried herbs - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Tomato(chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Carrot paste - 1/2 cup.
• Tomato ketchup - 1 tablespoon.
• Mushrooms(pieces) - 1 cup.
• Olive pieces - 5-6 numbers.
• Mozzarella cheese(cubes) - 1/2 cup.
Method:
  • Take a mixie jar and add soaked quinoa and blend into smooth paste and transfer into a bowl.
  • To it add melted butter, all purpose flour, salt, baking powder and mix nicely, later transfer into silicon baking tray.
  • Place in oven at 180 for 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan and add onions and saute it, add garlic, green bell pepper, salt, red chili flakes, dried herbs and saute it. To it add tomato, carrot paste, tomato ketchup, mushrooms and saute it, spread this mixture on top of pizza.
  • Top it with chopped mozzarella cheese, olive pieces and keep again in oven for 6 minutes.
  • Cut pizza and place in serving plate.

Now quinoa crusted pizza is ready to serve.
