Ingredients used in Pumpkin Rice
• Pumpkin - 200 grams.
• Green peas - 50 grams.
• Onions - 2 numbers.
• Curry leaves - 1 tablespoon.
• Butter - 2 grams.
• Cooked rice - 2 cup.
• Green chillies - 2-3 numbers.
• Coriander leaves - 1 springs.
• Ginger - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Garam masala - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
First grate pumpkin then takes some butter in a hot pan, then add sliced onions and salt. Add green chilies chopped and curry leaves. Saute it. Now add fresh green peas, grated Pumpkin and also some salt if needed. Saute it thoroughly and cook it for 5minutes till pumpkin is almost cooked. Now add cooked rice and garam masala. Mix it properly and in the last add fresh coriander leaves. Switch off the flame and serve hot.
