Description

"This delicious, mild curry is so easy to make and can be served as a main course.

  1. Take out the skin and wash the prawns properly.
  2. Grind cumin seeds with bay leaf by adding ginger and chilies.
  3. Now Grind the grated coconut.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and add the spice paste to it and fry it for 5-10 minutes.
  5. Adjust the salt and turmeric powder and saute for another few minutes
  6. Now and the prawns fry them.
  7. When prawns become dry, add the coconut paste and water to it.
  8. When it comes to a boil put the powdered cinnamon and cardamom and cook for another 5minutes.
  9. switch offthe flame and serve hot.
