Ingredients used in Potato Upkari
• Green chilli - 1 numbers.
• Curry leaves - 4 numbers.
• Udad daal - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Musterd seeds - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Potato - 3 numbers.
• Oil - 1 tablespoons.
Method:
Keep oil in a pan add musterd seeds udad daal greenchilli and curry leaves. Add sliced potatoes , water and salt per taste. cover it with a lid. once cooked sprinkle grated coconut.
