Ingredients used in PLANTAIN DOSA 11
• Rice - ½ cup.
• Plantain pieces - 1 cup.
• Curd - 3 tablespoons.
• Cumin seeds - ½ tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 2 springs.
• Salt - to taste.
• Baking soda - pinch.
• Green chilli (chopped ) - 3 numbers.
• Onion (chopped ) - 1 number.
• Carrot (grated) - 1 numbers.
• Ginger (chopped ) - 1 piece.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Soak the rice for 2 hours. In a blender add soaked rice, plantain pieces, curd, cumin seeds, curry leaves, salt, make it into a paste.
  • In this add baking soda, mix it well.
  • Heat dosa tawa and pour ladle full of batter on it and spread it nicely and top it with chopped green chilies, chopped onions, finely chopped ginger, grated carrot on the top of the dosa and cook this by adding oil.

Serve this with peanut chutney or coconut chutney.
