PICKLED VEGETABLES AND JALAPENOS

This simple but delicious dish of pickled jalapenos with vegetables. Especially used when people not accustomed to eating highly spiced foods.

• Boil water for 1 or 2 minutes and vinegar, salt, sugar and boil it.
• Take a pickled jar and arrange the cucumber slices to corner of jalapenos with stem portion towards bottom, onions, red chillies, dill leaves.
• Pour the boiled mixture cover it with silver foil and rest it for 1 week.
