Ingredients used in PESARA PAPPU CHARU
• Salt - to taste.
• Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon.
• Turmeric - 1 tea spoon.
• Okra - 3 cups.
• Carrot - 1 number.
• Tomato - 2 numbers.
• Onion - 1 number.
• Moongdal - 1 cup.
• Greenchillies - 2 numbers.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Water - as required.
• Cilantro - half bunch.
Method:
  • Cook moong dal and blend it in to paste.heat oil and fry onions greenchillies and saute them.
  • Add tomatoes and other vegetables and fry for a while.Add water and cook them for a while.
  • Add pesarapappu(moog dal) to it .Add salt,red chilli powder and finally add cilantro(kottimeera),lemon juice.take a pan heat some oil and make popu with mustard seeds,curry leaves,turmeric,garlic,chana daal.
  • Add popu to pesarapappu charu and serve hot with rice.
