Ingredients used in PATNAM PAKODI
• Chickpea flour - 2 tablespoons.
• Rice flour - 1 tablespoon.
• Ghee - 2 teaspoons.
• Curry leaves(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Cashew nut(soaked) - 6-8 numbers.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Baking soda - 1 pinch.
• Onion(sliced) - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - 1 to fry.
• Coriander powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Asafoetida - 1 pinch.
• Pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Paneer - 4-5 slice.
• Ginger(chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Take a bowl and add chickpea flour, rice flour, little ghee, curry leaves, chopped cashew nut, coriander leaves, red chili powder, baking soda, sliced onions, salt and mix nicely without water.
  • Take small dumpling and make flat round shape pakodi.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add pakodi and deep fry and transfer into paper towel.
  • Take a plate and add red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, asafoetida, pepper powder and mix it.
  • Take square shape paneer slices and coat it with above mixture.
  • Heat little ghee in a tawa and place the paneer slice and cook it on both sides.
  • Cut pakodi horizontally in between place above fried paneer slices.

Now tasty patnam pakodi is ready to serve.
