Ingredients used in Pasta Payasam
• Pasta - 1 cup.
• Ghee - as required.
• Boiled milk - 2 cups.
• Sugar - 1 cup.
• Saffron color - 1 tablespoon.
• Kishmish (raisins) - 10 number.
• Cashew nuts (chopped) - 10 number.
• Cardamom powder - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Heat ghee in a pan, roast pasta slightly then add boiled milk and cook it for about 15 minutes by stirring occasionally.
  • In the same pan, even add sugar, saffron color and stir it well.
  • Fry kishmish and cashew nuts using 1 tablespoon of ghee and transfer them to theprepared pasta mixture.
  • At last, sprinkle cardamom powder on top and mix well.

Pasta payasam is now ready to serve.
