Ingredients used in PANEER KURMA
• Paneer - 200 grams.
• Tomatoes (chopped) - 4 number.
• Onions (chopped) - 2 number.
• Green chillies (chopped) - 4 number.
• Fresh coriander leaves (chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Fresh cream - 5 teaspoons.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chilli powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Poppy seeds - 2 teaspoons.
• Raisins - 2 teaspoons.
• Cashew nuts (chopped) - 50 grams.
• Oil - 1/2 cup.
• Garam masala - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Coconut - 1 piece.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
Method:
  • Grind poppy seeds, coconut piece, cashew nuts into fine paste.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions then saute till it becomes red color.
  • Now add ginger garlic paste to it and saute for 5 minutes.
  • Then add above prepared coconut paste, chopped tomatoes, green chillies and again saute it by adding some water on a very slow flame
  • Heat ghee in another pan, add paneer pieces and saute it.
  • To it, even add fresh cream and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Now add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and saute till it becomes thick gravy.
  • At last, garnish with raisins, fried cashew nuts and coriander leaves. Serve it with hot rice.
