Ingredients used in PANEER CAPSICUM TOMATO SANDWICH
• Paneer - 1 cup.
• Capsicum - ½ cup.
• Tomato - 1/4 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Pepper powder - ½ tea spoon.
• Mozzarella cheese - 1 tablespoon.
• Cheese slice - 2 slice.
• Butter - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
Take chopped paneer, capsicum, tomato, salt, pepper powder, mozzarella cheese in a bowl and mix it. Now spread this mixture on bread slice and keep the cheese slice on it. Keep the bread slice on it and apply butter on that. Keep this for grilling now. When its grilled cut into half and serve hot with any kind of sauce.
