PALAK POORI, MULTI GRAIN ATTA

Ingredients used in PALAK POORI, MULTI GRAIN ATTA
• Wheat flour - 1 cup.
• Maize flour - 2 tablespoons.
• Semolina - 2 tablespoons.
• Spinach puree - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Ragi flour - 2 tablespoons.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Blanch chopped spinach in water then make it to fine paste by adding green chilies and salt (to taste).
  • In a bowl, add wheat flour, ragi flour, maize flour, semolina, spinach puree (with green chillies and salt), and mix it.
  • Now by adding water, make it like a thick dough if required add oil and rest it for 5-10 minutes.
  • Then divide the dough to small balls and roll it like small puri's.
  • At last, deep fry them in a hot oil till they get a nice color and serve it hot with any pickle.
