Ingredients used in PALAK BREAD BAJJI
• Bread slices - 5-6 numbers.
• Chickpea flour - 1 cup.
• Spinach(finely chopped) - 1 cup.
• Carom seeds(ajwain) - half cup.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - half tea spoon.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Soda - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
First of all cut the edges of the bread slices and keep it aside. Now take chickpea flour, spinach, carom seeds, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt, soda and water. Mix it well and make the bajji batter. Dip the bread pieces(slices cut in triangle shapes) in the batter and deep fry them in hot oil. Take them out on tissue paper when they turn golden brown both the sides.
