Ingredients used in PALAK BREAD BAJJI
• Bread slices - 5-6 numbers.
• Chickpea flour - 1 cup.
• Spinach(finely chopped) - 1 cup.
• Carom seeds(ajwain) - half cup.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - half tea spoon.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Soda - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • First of all cut the edges of the bread slices and keep it aside.
  • Now take chickpea flour, spinach, carom seeds, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt, soda and water. Mix it well and make the bajji batter.
  • Dip the bread pieces(slices cut in triangle shapes) in the batter and deep fry them in hot oil.
  • Take them out on tissue paper when they turn golden brown both the sides.
