Ingredients used in Raw Papaya Halwa
• Raw papaya (cubes) - 1 cup.
• Water - as required.
• Moong dal (soaked) - 1 cup.
• Ghee - as required.
• Raisins - 1 tea spoon.
• Cashew nuts (chopped) - 5 number.
• Badam flakes - 12 number.
• Jaggery (grated) - 1 cup.
• Cardamom powder - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Boil water in a pan, add raw papaya pieces, soaked moong dal, grind to a fine paste by adding required amount of milk and keep aside.
  • Heat ghee in a pan, add raisins, cashew nuts, badam flakes, saute for about a minute, transfer the prepared paste and cook tillghee oozes out of the mixture.
  • Now add grated jaggery, toss well,sprinkle cardamom powder, give it a mix, transfer to servingbowl and garnish with almond flakes.

DeliciousRaw Papaya Halwa is now ready to serve.
