Sweet tender orange muffins with tiny bits of chocolate throughout are perfect for a brunch. These muffins are a staple in my house, they are amazingly fluffy and almost cake like but light and so delicious.

Ingredients used in ORANGE CHOCO CHIPS MUFFINS
• Butter - 50 grams.
• Powder sugar - 80 grams.
• Egg - 1 numbers.
• Orange juice - 30 ml.
• Vanilla essence - 1 tea spoon.
• Orange zest - 1 tea spoon.
• All purpose flour - 100 grams.
• Baking soda - 1 pinch.
• Baking powder - 1 pinch.
• Orange juice with orange colour - 1/2 cup.
• Icing sugar - 1/2 cup.
• Choco chips - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
Take a bowl and add all purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, choco chips and mix it. Take a bowl and add butter, powder sugar mix nicely, later add egg mix again. To it by mixing continuously add little by little orange juice, vanilla essence, orange zest and mix nicely. Add all purpose flour mixture and mix thoroughly. Pre heat oven at 180 degree. Pour mixture in silicon cup cake mould and bake it at 180 degree for 15- 20 minutes. Heat pan and add orange juice with orange colour, powdered icing sugar and boil it to one string consistency. Using spoon pour orange juice mixture like as shown in video. Now orange choco chips muffins are ready to serve.
