we cants see whether it is paneer or oats prantha both r same in plate bcoz it is only one prantha showed in 2 videos named oats/paneer prantha chef making fun....lazy man

Looks good. But your Ayurveda doctor relatives, if they were familar with Caraka, would say use barley or coix lacryma-jobi. :)
