Ingredients used in Oats Chicken Mughlai
• Chicken - 500 grams.
• Mint leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Garlic (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Green chilies (chopped) - 1 number.
• Garam masala powder - 1 pinch.
• Curd (beaten) - 1/2 cup.
• Oats - 1 cup.
• Brown onion - 1/2 cup.
Method:
  • Boil chicken in hot water by seasoning with mint leaves, chopped garlic, ginger, coriander leaves, turmeric powder.
  • To it, even add chopped green chilies, pinch of garam masala powder and let it cook for about 15 minutes on slow flame.
  • When chicken becomes slightly tender, add in the beaten curd and cook tillnice aroma comes out of it.
  • After that, put oats and brown onion to it, mix and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Later switch off the flame and let it cook in its own steam.

DeliciousOats Chicken Mughlai is now ready to serve.
