Ingredients used in Mutton Do Pyaza
• Mutton - 500 grams.
• Oil - as required.
• Onions - 3 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Red chillies - 6 numbers.
• Coriander - 10 grams.
• Ginger - 10 grams.
• Garlic - to taste.
Method:
  • Clean and cut meat into even sized portions .
  • Heat oiland fry sliced onions till gloden brown and transfer into a plate and keep aside.
  • In a blender add red chilies, coriander seeds, ginger, garlic, onions make coarse paste.
  • in a same pan add ground spices and fry well .
  • Add meat and cotinue frying .
  • Now add onion, salt and hot water .
  • Cook till meat is tender and gravy is thickened .
