Ingredients used in MOLTEN LAVA CAKE
• Butter - 55 grams.
• Chocolate - 75 grams.
• Eggs - 2 numbers.
• Sugar powder - 75 grams.
• Vanilla essence - 1 tea spoon.
• All purpose flour - 25 grams.
Method:
Heat butter in a pan and add chocolate switch of the flame and mix thoroughly to liquid consistency. Take a bowl, beat eggs and add sugar powder and beat again. Add vanilla essence, all purpose flour and mix it well. Then add above melted chocolate mixture and mix it thoroughly. Place the butter paper in muffin moulds and transfer the mixture into this moulds. Bake it at 180 degree centigrade for 10 minutes. Remove from the mould place it in the serving plate. *Now delicious molten lava cake is ready to serve.*
