- Take baby corn and cut into small pieces.
- Heat a pan add poppy seeds, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, coriander seeds, dry coconut pieces dry roast all the ingredients and let it cool down then make it into a powder.
- Heat oil in a pan add shahi jeera, when they crackle add chopped onions, salt saute it till it is brown color.
- Now add chopped green chili, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder,mint leaves saute it for 2 minutes.
