Ingredients used in Mesu
• Desi ghee - 250 grams.
• Sugar - 2 cups.
• Gram flour - 500 grams.
• Water - 1/2 cup.
• Oil - 250 grams.
Method:

In a besan flour add oil mix it nicely then sieve it and keep it aside.

Heat oil in a kadai in this add ghee and heat it.

In a pan add sugar, water and make a syrup.

In the sugar syrup add besan mix it with hot oil then besan is cooked fast.

Now transfer to a tray, cool it and cut itinto pieces then serve it.
