Ingredients used in MASALA CHANADAL
• Chana dal - 1 cup.
• Oil - 1 to fry.
• Black salt - to taste.
• Red chili powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Chaat masala - 1/2 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Completely dry the soaked chana dal on paper towel.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add chana dal and deep fry later transfer into paper towel.
  • Take a bowl and add fried chana dal, black salt, red chili powder, chaat masala and mix it.

Now the masala chana dal is ready to serve.
