Ingredients used in MANGO KADHI
• Besan (chick pea flour) - 2 tablespoons.
• Curd - 1/4 cup.
• Hing - 1 pinch.
• Turmeric - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Chilly powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Whole red chilly - 3 numbers.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cinnamon - 2 sticks.
• Cloves - 5 numbers.
• Ghee - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Mango juice - 2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Sugar - 1 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 1 spring.
Method:
Heat ghee in apan add cloves, cinnamon, cumin seeds, red chilly whole, curry leaves, add chilly powder, turmeric, hing, add curd besan (chickpea flour) mixture, mix this and add mango juice, salt, sugar, once this comes to boil, then switch off the flame.

chef can mango juice be replace by mango pulp sold in stores?

Another super video recipe. I just cant thank you enough for that the knowledge Ive gained from you. One day I hope to cook for you. We will have Todi and chicken curry that I will make (Your style ok?????)
