This is a famous Kerala recipe. It is absolutely tasty and delicious baked Macaroni.
- Heat butter in a pan and add garlic, ginger, green chillies, onion, curry leaves, cloves, cinnamon, rice flour and saute it for few minute.
- Later add carrot, beans, salt, pepper powder and again saute it for 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes add potatoes, little water and cook it at least for 80 percent done with a lid on it.
- Later add macaroni, coconut milk, chopped cheese and cook it for 2 minutes then switch off the flame.
- Heat tawa and place paratha and cook it for 2 minutes, then switch off the flame and keep it aside.
- Now crush this paratha and transfer into baking tray and add coriander leaves, Macaroni mixture.
- Finally add cheese, coconut powder, coriander leaves on top of it and bake it 230 centigrade for 10-12 minutes.
Tasty malabar macaroni bake is ready to serve.
