Ingredients used in MAMIDIKAYA PACCHI ROYYALU
• Mango - 1 number.
• Prawns - 500 grams.
• Onions - 2 numbers.
• Green chillies - 4 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Red chilli powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Turmeric - half tea spoon.
Method:
Heat the oil in a pan and add cleaned prawns then saute them till it becomes red in colour. Now add green chillies, onions, salt then mix it thoroughly till it changes its color to brown. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and again saute it for another 5 minutes. After that add small mango pieces and mix the curry. Once the oil comes out on the top layer, switch off the flame.
