wow Sanjay! I like hot, hot food but that looked like a bit much chili for me. Maybe 3/4 cup would be great. Speaking about spicy I was wondering with your busy schedule you might find time to make a Lamb or Goat Vindaloo it is my all time favorite.

This is eaten with chapathis, parathas, curd rice, etc. This is spicy and hot and one piece is sufficient.
