Ingredients used in Koat Pitha (Banana pitha)
• Ripe banana - 6 numbers.
• Rice flour - 1 cup.
• Jaggery - 1 cup.
• Oil - 250 grams.
Method:
  • In a bowl, add mash ripe bananas and grated jaggery.
  • Then add rice flour slowlyand mix well without forming any lump.
  • In a deep pan, heat the oil.
  • Once oil get hot, then spoon the batter in the hot oil keeping it on a medium heat.
  • When the pithas have turn golden brown drain them on a paper towel.

This sweet dish is ready to serve.
