Ingredients used in Keema Vada
• Kheema - 1000 grams.
• Cardamom - 2 numbers.
• Cloves - 2 numbers.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 tablespoon.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
  • First add keema, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cardamom, cloves and coriander Leaves in the mixie jar and grind into paste.
  • Take this in a bowl and make small small tikkis or vadas and keep them aside.
  • Add some oil in a pan and when the oil gets hot add vadas to deep fry them.

Now keema vadalu are ready to serve.
