Ingredients used in kasuri potato
• Chopped onions - 1 cup.
• Curry leaves - 1 bunch.
• Oil - 4 tablespoons.
• Garlic slice - 1 tablespoons.
• Dry chilli - 2 numbers.
• Moong dal - 1 teaspoons.
• Channa dal - 1 teaspoons.
• Cummin seeds - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Kasuri methi - 1/2 cup.
• Grated carrot - 1 cup.
• Potatos - 4 medium numbers.
• Corriander powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoons.
Method:
for preparation first peel-off the potato amp; carrot cut the potato into small pieces and put in water,grated the carrot Take a pan,heat oil in it,Add cumin seeds,moong dal,channa dal,red chilly,curry leaves into 3 pieces, and add to oil, let take 1 min add sliced garlic after that add chopped onions, remove water from potato pieces,add to onions let take 2 mins to fry add grated carrot into pan,add kasuri methi. after 2 mins add coriander pdr and red chilli pdr. after 3 mins u r potato methi ready
