Ingredients used in KAKINADA KAJA
• All purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Sugar - 2 cup.
• Sugar powder - 1 cup.
• Ghee - 2 1/2 cup.
• Baking powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Cooking soda - 1 pinch.
• Cardamom powder - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Water - 1/4 cup.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:

1. Take a bowl and add all purpose flour, ½ cup ghee, baking powder, cooking soda, and water mix it like the poori dough then keep aside for 1 hour. 2. Take a pan and add sugar and water boil until it forms one string consistency. 3. Take the dough and roll it like the chegodilu and cut into pieces. 4. Heat ghee in another in another pan and deep fry the pieces. 5. Then dip in sugar syrup for 5 mins and keep aside. 5. Now sprinkle sugar powder and serve them.
