Ingredients used in JOWAR ROTI KICHIDI
• Jowar roti (pieces) - 2 no.
• Green chillies (chopped) - 3 no.
• Red chilli - 2 no.
• Masoor dal (soaked) - 1 cup.
• Moong dal (soaked) - 1 cup.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 no.
• Cumin seeds - half tea spoon.
• Mustard seeds - half tea spoon.
• Ginger (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Turmeric - half tea spoon.
• Ghee - 2 tablespoon.
• Pepper corns - 1 tea spoon.
Method:

Heat ghee in pan add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chilies, ginger, onions, green chilies and sauté them. Now add curry leaves, crush pepper, salt, turmeric powder, masoor dal, moong dal, water, and boil it. when the boilig water add jowar roti pieces, cover with the lid and cook for 10-15 mins Finally add coriander and serve hot.
