Ingredients used in INDO-CHINESE CORN BHEL
• Haldirams chiwda or any local chiwda - 1 cup.
• Green chilli(finely chopped) - 1 no.
• Soya sauce - half tea spoon.
• Vinegar - half tea spoon.
• Lime juice - 2 teaspoons.
• Coriander(chopped) - half cup.
• Onions(chopped) - half cup.
• Tomatoes(chopped) - 1 cup.
• Capsicum(chopped) - 50 grams.
• Corns (fresh or frozen) - 2 cup.
• Red chilli powder - to taste.
• Chaat masala - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Salt - 0.
Method:
  • Take corns boil in water with salt,take it in a big bowl keep it aside
  • In same vessel take oil, saute capsicum, onion, tomato. add in that vinegar, salt, chilli powder, green chilli, soya sauce see yourcapsicum is tender remove it from flame,
  • Now add this mixture in corns bowl, add coriander chat masala, haldi rams chiwda, lime juice.
