Ingredients used in IDLY MANCHURIAN
• Soya sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Vinegar - 1 tea spoon.
• Msg - 1 pinch.
• Chilli paste - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Tomato ketchup - 1 tea spoon.
• Garlic (chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Ginger - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Green chilli - 1 number.
• Onions (chopped) - 1 number.
• Capsicum(finely chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Spring onions(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander (chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • In a bowl add Soya sauce, vinegar, MSG, chili paste, tomato ketchup and add some water mix it well.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped garlic and ginger, chopped green chilies, chopped onions, capsicum, saute it for a minute.
  • Add prepared sauce and some water mix it well cook it for 2-3 minute in a slow flame.
  • Add white pepper powder, idly cubes, mix it well.
  • Finally, add chopped spring onions, coriander again mix it well.
