Ingredients used in GULABI FIRNI
• Milk - 500 ml.
• Rice(soaked) - 1/4 cup.
• Sugar - 2 tablespoons.
• Rose water - 1 tablespoon.
• Condensed milk - 1 cup.
• Cardamom powder - 2 pinch.
• Gulkand - 1-2 tablespoons.
• Rose petals - 4 numbers.
Method:
  • Blend the rice coarsely in the mixie jar.
  • Boil milk and coarse paste of rice allow it to boil by stirring it.
  • Add sugar, rose water and mix it later add condensed milk, cardamom powder and stir it until it becomes thickens.
  • Add gulkand and mix nicely.
  • Transfer it into serving bowl and garnish with rose petals.

Now the Gulabi firni is ready to serve.
