SOYA CHUNKS & GONGURA CURRY

Ingredients used in SOYA CHUNKS & GONGURA CURRY
• Oil - as required.
• Garlic cloves - 10-15 cloves.
• Green chillies - 3-4 numbers.
• Sorrel leaves - 5 bunch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Onions - 1 number.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Turmeric - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chilly powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Tomatoes - 2 numbers.
• Coconut paste - 1 tablespoon.
• Soya chunks - 1 cup.
• Garam masala powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch.
Method:
  • Take some oil in a hot pan and add garlic cloves, green chillies, sorrel leaves,little salt and mix it once. Then let it cook for few minutes with some water in it.
  • When it thickens just switch off the flame.
  • In another pan add some oil, onions, salt and saute it.
  • Now add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, coriander powder, red chilly powder, tomatoes, little water.
  • Let it cook for few minutes and add coconut paste, little more water and let it cook for few more minutes.
  • Now add soya chunks without any moisture and mix it thoroughly.
  • Add little water and the mixture of sorrel leaves.
  • Now add garam masala powder, coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
