Ingredients used in GINGER CHUTNEY
• Grated coconut - small.
• Onion - 1 no.
• Ginger - 10 - 15 piece.
• Red chilli - 2 no.
• Lime - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
Blend few chopped ginger pieces, red chillies and grated coconut in the mixer. Make a fine paste and keep it aside. Heat little oil in pan. add the mustard when it crackles add urad dal, add curry leaves. Then add finely chopped onion to it. when it becomes golden brown, add the blended mixture to it. add some water if required. Add required salt and few drops of lime.
