Ingredients used in fish fry curry
• Coriander powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Turmeric powder - half teaspoons.
• Red chilli powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Ginger-garlic paste - 2 teaspoons.
• Curry leaves - 2 stricks.
• Garlic grated - 2 teaspoons.
• Onions chopped - 1 small.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Fish pieces - 500 grams.
• Salt - to taste.
• Garam masala powder - quarter teaspoons.
• Green chilli(optional) - 1 0r 2 numbers.
• Coriander leaves - 2 teaspoons.
• Spring onions - 2 teaspoons.
Method:

clean the fish with salt/wheat flour and water. Take frying pan and heat the oil.Add onions,garlic,curry leaves and fry it till onions become light golden brown.Add some ginger-garlic paste,turmeric,coriander powder and fry till oil comes out.Add red chilli powder,garam masala powder,salt and stir it well.Add fish pieces,mix it well and put the lid to cook.stir for every 5mins,so that it will not stick on the bottom of the pan.At last,add one green chilli(to make little bit spicy) is optional,chopped coriander leaves and spring onions and cook for 5mins.
