Ingredients used in Elaichi Mutton
• Mutton (with bones ) - 500 grams.
• Cardamoms - 12 numbers.
• Onions - 1 small.
• Oil - as required.
• Salt - to taste.
• Black pepper - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Clean and cut mutton into 2.5 cm pieces.
  • Chop onion fine. Pound cardamom seeds .
  • Heat oil. Saute chopped onion.
  • Add powdered cardamom seeds .Fry one minute and add prepared mutton, salt and coriander powder. Fry for a few minutes.
  • Add water. cook over a slow fire till mutton is cooked and gravy is like a thin soup.
  • At last add pepper powder.

Serve it.
