Ingredients used in Egg Nuggets
• Eggs - 4 number.
• Spring onion (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Mixed herbs - 1 tea spoon.
• Garlic (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger (finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Potatoes (boiled and mashed) - 1 cup.
• Chickpea flour - 1/2 cup.
• Baking soda - pinch.
• Water - as required.
• Oil - as required.
• Bread crumbs - as required.
Method:
  • In a plate, add spring onion, coriander leaves, salt, red chili powder, mixed herbs, chopped garlic, finely chopped ginger, along with boiled and mashed potatoes.
  • Later even add chickpea flour accordingly, baking soda and mix it well.
  • Boil egg for at least8 minutes in hot water then peel off the outer layer.
  • Now cut the white layer of boiled eggs and mix along with potato mixture.
  • After that beat one egg and mix it in potato mixture and shape them into small dumplings.
  • Then coat them with bread crumbs and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown in color.
