Ingredients used in Egg 65
• Egg white (boiled & chopped) - 1 cup.
• Garlic - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chilli powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Ginger - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Garam masala powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup.
• Maida flour - 1 number.
• Egg white - 1 tea spoon.
• Green chillies - 1 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 1 tea spoon.
• Curd - 1/4 cup.
• Red chilli sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Sugar - pinch.
• Coriander leaves - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
Take the boiled and chopped pieces of egg white in a bowl, add chopped garlic, ginger, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, bread crumbs, maida flour, egg white, salt and mix well. Drop the dumplings of the prepared mixture into hot oil, deep fry and transfer to a plate. Heat little oil in a pan, add chopped ginger, garlic, green chilies, curry leaves, curd, red chili sauce, red chili powder, garam masala powder, a pinch of sugar, chopped coriander leaves, saute well, now add fried egg dumplings, toss till it gets dried, add a pinch of salt, toss it and turn off the flame. Hot and spicy Egg 65 is now ready to serve.
