Ingredients used in Dal Paratha
• Fine wheat flour - 3 cups.
• Soaked chana dal - 2 cups.
• Cumin seeds - half tea spoon.
• Red chi\lli powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala powder - half tea spoon.
• Cooking oil - as required.
• Salt - to.
Method:
  • Grind soaked chana dal into a fine paste.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add cummin seeds, lentil paste, salt, red chilli powder, and garam masala powder . Fry until water completely dries.
  • Take wheat flour in a bowl, add little oil, and salt andmake into a stiff dough. Divide into medium balls. Roll out each ball into a round shape. Place a portion of the filling in the center.
  • Roll it again softly, so stuffing don'y come out.
  • Heat a griddle (tava) , cook parathas using in oil. Cook it from both side till it get golden brown.

Serve hot with curd and pickle.
