Ingredients used in Cucumber-Pasta Salad
• Pasta - 3 cups.
• Cucumber - 3 numbers.
• Garlic salt - 1 tea spoon.
• Dried dill leaves - half tea spoon.
• Pepper powder - half tea spoon.
• Sugar - 3 teaspoons.
• Stalks celery - 3 numbers.
• Green onion - 2 numbers.
• Vinegar - 2/3 cup.
• Olive oil - half cup.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and drain again.
  • Combine vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, dillleaves, pepper and water.
  • Cover and shake well.
  • In a large bowl, combine pasta, cucumber, celery, and onion.
  • Add dressing, and toss to coat.

Cover and chill.
